This half term was kicked off with a residential for Owl class, this was at St Briavels castle and was brilliant. Thank you to the teachers and staff that made this possible.

We have also been to Norton Lindsay church for our Harvest Festival, thank you for joining us and for all the donations you can see with us in the picture above.

Mrs Payton kindly visited us on Mental Health Day and taught us some yoga. The whole school loved this, thank you so much for giving up your time Mrs Payton.

Another great experience we have had was thanks to Emily Stephens who came into school on restart a heart day to teach us CPR and all about first aid kits, defibrillators and how to help someone if they’re choking. These are great skills- thank you Emily.

Around school we have heard of many great things happening and enjoy hearing about Fledglings’ creations and the letters from Owlets and their Roman Day. We really enjoyed taking part in our open days, we loved meeting such friendly families.

We have finished our half term with another great event, the Halloween film night. Thank you so much to all of the PTA and parents who gave up their time to organise and make possible for our school.
It really has been a great start to the school year.
